To get these products to store, we use only the best in-market distribution partners as to ensure product availability at all times. From frozen foods to fresh produce – we have solutions within all of the markets in which we operate.
RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
Well-trained staff and managers are instrumental in insuring retail success. These people are the face of the brand and have the most direct influence on sales.
Our bespoke training programmes provide invaluable lessons in running profitable businesses, from customer service to stock management and reporting – our staff and management training programmes have a proven track record of adding value to retail operations. These are delivered in person or via online platforms. We also provide recruitment advise as to ensure that the right people are recruited from the start.
Our proprietary systems enable our franchisees to have a single log-in to a portal that grants them access to their stores' financial performance; view, edit and update their menu selection; view recipes; access training materials; download statutory compliance documentation; see the latest marketing campaigns and download the latest local store marketing materials.
Our mission is to remove paper based systems and thereby reduce the amount admin required to run an efficient business. Easy access to product is paramount. We have created a single "window" to our product catalogue which makes it easy for our franchisees and their employees to access and order products on a regular basis.
As an additional level of support – our in-house sales teams provide advise and are able to assist with orders and product information when needed.
Loyalty is paramount and our latest Coffee Loyalty App has provided valuable customer insights and most importantly given our loyal coffee drinkers yet another reason to choose our product.
Apps are not only for consumers though – we also build apps for employee incentive programmes and, as mentioned above, for operational systems like food safety management too.
